You may request a refund for Pro subscription payments made to SlothLab within the cancellation period:
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- (a) Starting from the date of your subscription payment;
- (b) Ending 14 days after your payment date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@slothlab.app. Please include your reason for the request and attach the invoice or receipt for the payment. support@slothlab.app.
Refund Exceptions
A full refund will be provided unless any of the following conditions apply:
- (a) If the Pro subscription benefits have been substantially used during the billing period, a prorated refund may be issued instead.
- (b) Free tier usage is not eligible for refunds as no payment is required.
Processing Time
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. No transaction fees will be charged to the user.
We aim to process refunds without undue delay, and within 14 days of receiving your valid cancellation request.
This policy applies only to digital subscription services and does not affect any statutory rights under consumer protection laws in your country.
