Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • (a) 从您的订阅付款之日起;
  • (b) 到付款日期后 14 天结束。

How to Request a Refund

请将您的退款申请发送至 support@slothlab.app。请说明原因并附上发票或付款收据。 support@slothlab.app.

Refund Exceptions

将进行全额退款,以下情况除外:

  • (a) 如果在计费周期内 Pro 订阅权益已被大量使用,可能会按比例退款。
  • (b) 免费版使用不符合退款条件,因为不需要付款。

Processing Time

退款将通过原始付款方式进行,除非另有约定。用户不会被收取任何费用。

退款将在收到有效申请后 14 天内无不当延迟地处理。

本政策仅适用于数字订阅服务,不影响您根据所在国家消费者保护法享有的法律权利。
